Our veggie spin on the beloved Greek moussaka. Layers of tender aubergine, courgette and sweet potato are baked in a rich tomato sauce, then topped with a creamy feta and cheddar béchamel. A hearty, oven-baked classic with all the sun-soaked Mediterranean flavours. (v)
